1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and bdko (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering for an account, accessing the bdko website at https://bdko.ws, or using any of our services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, or promotional offers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These terms apply to all users regardless of the device or method used to access bdko, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future mobile applications.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the bdko website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification such as a National ID Card, passport, or driving license. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately closed, all bets will be voided, and any funds in your account will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

bdko is designed primarily for players located in Bangladesh. By using our services, you confirm that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the platform from a country where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bdko complies with applicable local laws. We reserve the right to restrict access to users from certain jurisdictions if required by law or business considerations.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an account on bdko, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You are permitted to hold only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts or multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and funds forfeited. You must not register an account on behalf of another person or allow anyone else to use your account.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify bdko immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. bdko is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdko accepts deposits via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is ৳50,000, though higher limits may be available for verified accounts. We reserve the right to modify deposit limits, add new payment methods, or discontinue existing methods at any time.

3.2 Processing Time

Most deposits are processed within 60 seconds and credited to your bdko account automatically. In some cases, manual verification may be required, which could delay processing by up to 30 minutes. If your deposit does not appear in your account within one hour, please contact our support team via live chat or email with your transaction reference number.

3.3 Deposit Fees

bdko does not charge fees for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.

3.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your bdko account are from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose. We reserve the right to request proof of the source of funds at any time as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in your account being suspended or closed.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for your most recent deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is ৳100,000, though higher limits may be available for VIP accounts. You may request up to three withdrawals per day.

4.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and approved within 2-6 hours during operating hours (8:00 AM to 12:00 AM Bangladesh Standard Time). Once approved, funds are sent to your mobile wallet account immediately. Withdrawals requested outside operating hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional identity verification, which could extend processing time to 24-48 hours.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal over ৳5,000, bdko may require you to complete account verification by submitting proof of identity (National ID Card, passport, or driving license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months). All documents must be clear, legible, and show your full name and date of birth. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of receiving all required documents.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be denied or delayed if: (a) your account has not completed identity verification; (b) there is suspected fraudulent activity; (c) you have active bonus wagering requirements; (d) you have violated any terms of service; (e) we are investigating potential rule violations; or (f) we are required to conduct additional AML or KYC checks. We reserve the right to reverse any withdrawal and return funds to your bdko account if any of these conditions are identified after initial approval.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

bdko offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiration dates. These specific terms are displayed in the promotion details and must be reviewed before claiming any bonus. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳30,000 before withdrawal). Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdko prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as hedging opposite outcomes), collaborating with other players to manipulate bonuses, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion. We reserve the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Promotional Code Restrictions

Promotional codes and bonus offers may only be used by the account holder for whom they were intended. Codes are non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or given to other players. Each promotional code can be used only once per account unless otherwise specified. Attempting to use expired codes, codes intended for other users, or codes obtained through unauthorized means may result in account closure.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or canceled unless explicitly allowed by the platform (such as the cash-out feature). It is your responsibility to ensure that bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming placement. bdko is not responsible for errors made by the player when placing bets.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., BPL, IPL, ICC for cricket; FIFA, AFC for football). Bets are typically settled within 24 hours of the event conclusion, though some complex markets may take longer. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

bdko reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain sports, leagues, or bet types. These limits are displayed in the betting rules for each market. The maximum payout per bet slip is ৳500,000 unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to reduce winnings if they exceed stated maximum payout limits.

6.4 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

If a betting line, odds, or result is determined to contain an obvious error (such as incorrect odds, misnamed participants, or technical glitches), bdko reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Obvious errors include but are not limited to: odds displayed as decimal 1.01 when they should be 2.50, matches listed with incorrect team names, or events scheduled for the wrong date. Players will be notified of voided bets via email or account notification.

7. Casino & Live Dealer Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on bdko use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other reputable providers. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG or live dealer action and cannot be influenced or manipulated by bdko or the player.

7.2 Game Rules

Each casino game has specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and betting limits. These details are available within the game interface or in the game provider's help section. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before playing. bdko is not responsible for losses resulting from misunderstanding game rules.

7.3 Malfunction Voids All Plays

In the event of a game malfunction, system failure, or technical error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded. This includes but is not limited to: disconnections during gameplay, software crashes, incorrect payout calculations, or display errors. bdko will investigate all reported malfunctions and resolve disputes in accordance with game provider logs and records.

7.4 Irregular Play

bdko prohibits irregular or abusive play patterns designed to exploit technical features, bonus structures, or game mechanics. This includes but is not limited to: betting opposite outcomes simultaneously on different accounts, exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain, using automated betting software or bots, or coordinating play with other users to manipulate outcomes. Accounts engaged in irregular play will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed with funds forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

bdko is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players from gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and reality check notifications. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and after 24 hours when increased.

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, relationships, or finances, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion feature, which will lock you out of your account for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to deposit, place bets, or access promotional materials. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdko and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using stolen credit cards, mobile wallets, or payment methods belonging to others
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or betting markets
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdko staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the bdko platform
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account. Once an account is closed, you will not be able to reopen it or create a new account without explicit permission from bdko management.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by bdko

bdko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, participated in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities. Reasons for closure include but are not limited to: multiple account creation, bonus abuse, irregular play, providing false information, money laundering, or failure to complete verification. When an account is closed for violation of terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. We may charge a monthly maintenance fee of ৳500 on inactive accounts with a positive balance. This fee will be deducted monthly until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification before any fees are applied.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdko platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and design elements, is the property of bdko or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the bdko website without express written permission. The bdko brand name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by bdko and may not be used without authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bdko shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, system failures, or unauthorized access to your account. bdko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. bdko is not responsible for gambling losses or any negative consequences resulting from your gambling activity. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of bdko shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months prior to the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution

We will attempt to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate the matter to our compliance team by submitting a formal written complaint including your account details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdko is licensed. By using bdko, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes. Any legal action must be commenced within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdko and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications regarding the subject matter herein.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of bdko.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without our prior written consent. bdko may assign or transfer its rights and obligations at any time without notice.
